Immigrant artists: Enrichment or displacement?

In order to investigate the role of immigrant artists on development artistic clusters in U.S. cities, we use Census and American Community Survey, collected every 10 years between 1850 2010. We identify artists, authors, musicians, actors, architects, journalists, their geographical location status as a native or an immigrant. look at relative growth rate population these occupations over ten year period how it affects native-born individuals occupations. find that cities experienced artist inflows, also see greater inflow artists.
